11/8/2011 Late in the morning when driving my Cadilac, the alert on the dash indicated the need for coulant. The temperature of the coulant rose rapidly as I parked for my doctor's appt. A call to Rodney at S & K indicating my need to leave the state early the next a.m. impressed on him my need for immediate service. They were able to replace the faulty water pump and have the car finished by 4:30 pm.

While waiting for an oil change on our 2011 Buick LaCrosse, I ran into Mr. Yeske, the salesman who helped us with the purchase of this car. I inquired about the above service, and he referred me to Mr. Norton. Mr. Norton described the paint seal service, answered my questions and furnished the internet address for more product information and warranty. After reviewing this data at home, I ordered the service from Mr. Norton. He set up the service to accommodate our schedule and arranged for a loaner car so my wife could attend a Board Meeting and luncheon that was important to her. The shop people made the car, including the wheels, look brand new--just like it did in the showroom eight months previous. Mr. Yeske revised the driver's seat position for me and demonstrated how to use the remote engine start. Thanks to Mr. Norton and Mr. Yeske, the above service went very smoothly. llessurgar Springfield, IL
